Ingredients
  

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/4 cup cornstarch

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp sesame oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken dry and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Coat chicken in cornstarch, salt, and pepper
  • Heat vegetable oil in large skillet
  • Fry chicken in batches until golden brown
  • Mix sauce ingredients separately
  • Pour sauce over crispy chicken
